The pocket bottle makes 10, 32 oz./1 liter servings of electrolyte-fueled hydration. The cap acts as an easy to use measuring tool for quick dosing for sports bottles as well as hydration packs. Pocket Bottle Measurements: To make 16 oz. of electrolyte water, fill the pocket bottle cap to the pointed tip of the cap. Add to bottle or pack. Shake. Consume. To make 24 oz., fill the cap to the top of the threads. To make 32 oz./1 liter, fill the entire cap. For a 100 oz./3-liter hydration pack, add 3 capfuls of elete. When the pocket bottle is empty, save the environment and your money. Refill the pocket bottle using elete's larger, economy refill bottles.
