Return Policy
 

Crank2 guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell. If an item does not meet your expectation, please follow these procedures to insure a prompt replacement, refund, or credit: All items must be returned in new condition within 30 days and in original manufacturers packaging. No returns will be allowed on bicycles. Please contact us prior to returning the item at 925-462-4272 and we will issue you a priorty return number.
Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice. (Crank2 will refund the actual ground shipping costs to return damaged merchandise or to return merchandise due to a mis-shipment). 
If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note stating purchaser's name, address and approximate date of purchase.

Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise. No returns are accepted on close-out, discontinued or seasonal merchandise. Crank2 reserves the right to determine eligibility of all returns.

If merchandise was shipped as part of a "Free Shipping" offer or promotion, you will be credited for merchandise less the shipping charges if returned.
